What does it take to succeed?
Don’t have any recruitment experience yet? Don’t worry. Recruitment consultants can come from all sorts of backgrounds. Sales is a particularly helpful background as you will need to be confident actively looking and finding new clients. Industry experience can give you a head start within your specialism.
The important things are that you have a good attitude, a drive to succeed, great interpersonal skills, resilience, and a willingness to learn. We train you on the job to become the best recruitment consultant you can be.
