THE COMPANY

Our client is a global leading provider of innovative digital and cloud services, business solutions and design-led with offices across the world. As they are growing at a quick pace, they are looking to hire Regional CRM offering Lead to perform in Hong Kong.

THE ROLE

The Regional CRM offering Lead will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the strategy, performance and opportunity of the CRM offering
  • Manage the end-to-end cross-offering solutions delivery for clients
  • Implement strategy for offering identification and investments
  • Maintain good relationship with local partners regarding the offerings
  • Provide Sales pipeline analysis and forecast and manage the budget in accordance with the assigned Area/Region
  • Work and educate account and sales team to drive offerings to potential clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or technology-related field, MBA degree is strongly preferred
  • 7+ years working experience in relevant technology business leadership experience, preferable 5+ years of experience in a consultancy
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic CRM & related Independent Software Vendor (ISV) products
  • Excellent command of verbal and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills
