THE ROLE

  • Responsible for of the annual risk assessment program and policies
  • Monitor the risk migration plan process and provide guidance for various of risks
  • Manage training, policies and procedures, and relevant monitoring programs for post-acquisition compliance integration activities
  • Responsible for Compliance Due Diligence for M&A activities;
  • Base on the Company's Standards of Business Conduct, Anti-Corruption etc. conduct the orientation training for new joiners.
  • Work on annual compliance training employees' calendar with Annual Compliance Risk Profile;
  • Ensure the completion of the compliance training for China employees through partnering with the business leaders
  • Write investigation reports, monitor the closure and provide guidance e for stakeholders of follow-up action
  • Follow Company's Investigations Policy in investigation prcocess
  • Prepare monthly Compliance Reporting;
  • Promote a good environment of compliance culture and increase the concern of risk awareness for all staff
  • Establish a regulatory compliance program such ass AML, Anti-Corruption etc, and monitor its execution
  • Carry out Anti-Corruption Monitoring Activities on timely basis
  • Ensure FCPA Certification have been properly completed and verify on quarter basis
  • Carry out compliance audit program on timely basis
  • Responsible for Compliance Review Board meeting with SMT
  • Support policy execution, developments and improvements
  • Update key stakeholders on changes on regulatory requirements and make sure operations are in compliance

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 8 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, with excellent writing and speaking communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in real estate industry is an advantage and with strong local labor laws experience
  • Excellent knowledge in regulatory requirements, not restricted to FCPA, Anti-corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Know-Your-Customer Due Diligence, Data Privacy issues and other Hand on experience in audit, investigation, training, policy development and process improvement
  • Strong organizing and negotiation skills and good at writing report
