Insight over instinct: talent analytics prove what really leads to high performance

Global travel business Flight Centre took this data-driven approach by embarking on a talent analytics program with Hudson Asia Pacific.

Hudson's team analysed the data from assessments of hundreds of Flight Centre area leaders from around the world to benchmark what high performance looks like in their business, and uncover unique insights to inform their hiring and training programs.

The talent analytics program was a finalist in the 2016 Australia Human Resources Institute (AHRI) awards. AHRI recently published an article explaining the program in more detail, along with tips on how to initiate your own talent analytics project.
